Custom and Personalized Imprinted and Laser Engraved Crab Mallets from Maryland’s Crab Capital.
The only authentic Maryland crab mallet—manufactured and imprinted on Maryland’s Eastern Shore—Maryland’s Crab Capital, by the Originators of the Chesapeake Bay Laser Engraved Crab Mallet. The solid wood crab mallets can be imprinted or engraved with any text or logo. Custom mallets are perfect for company crab feasts, customer appreciation, wedding rehearsal dinners, seafood restaurants, and crab and seafood wholesalers.
Our mallets are GREEN. All of our mallets are made from recycled wood remnants that remain after wood boards have been milled from logs. The remnants are then turned, cut and put together to create our mallets.
Your design is deeply and permanently etched in the mallet and we can duplicate most company logos and art with great detail.

Are your mallets made in the US?
Absolutely. Not only are they made in the US of the finest woods, but they are manufactured on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, the heart of Chesapeake Bay crab country. Our competitors mallets are made somewhere in Minnesota. Do you think they know anything about eating blue crabs?
How do I know your mallets will work?
Umm. Try it? They even work for righties or lefties.
Why don’t you print on the handle like other places?
Number one, we like to be different. Most importantly places that print on the handle don’t know a whole lot about eating crabs. Think about it. Your hands are wet and covered with salt, spices and Old Bay and you are hammering away yucking up the imprint on the handle. The imprint stays relatively clean on the head which just makes a lot of sense to us. When the head is printed, the imprint lasts far longer according to our test groups and the person using the mallet keeps seeing the imprint while eating. Pretty revolutionary.
How can you sell your mallets at far lower prices than other places — like the places that print on the handles?
Elves and gnomes work very cheaply.
Yes and if you’ll notice our regular everyday price is less than their “Sale Price&rdquo—woooo. They also have a $50 set-up charge and yet they advertise the lowest prices on the internet.
If I order 500 mallets how will I know that 500 are in the 2 boxes you shipped?
Uh — we count them. And on a good day we even throw in a few extras just to be safe.
Can I buy blank, unimprinted mallets?
Yes! Blank mallets in lots of 100 cost $.83 each — so 100 mallets would cost $83. If you need less than 100 blank crab mallets, the cost each is $1.19.
Do you offer multi-color imprinting?
No—not at this time.
Can I use my crab mallet for other tasks around the home or office?
Yes.
I’m desperate for my mallets — how long do I have to wait?
Production time is around 2 to 3 weeks. Email or call us if you need them faster–we can often accommodate. All mallets that are ordered for weddings will be shipped approximately 2 to 3 weeks before the date on the mallet. The mallets will arrive in plenty of time before the due date.
I have noticed that you have a 50 piece minimum while other places have a minimum of 250 pieces. Your 50 piece price is less than their 250 piece price. How can you stay in business?
Our accountant asks us the same question. The real answer is that we like to accommodate our customers.
What about custom imprint crab knives?
Not yet, but we are working on it.
